Rates

We have two private rooms available for rental at The Bluff.  Our nightly room and activity rates are for double occupancy with private bath, full breakfast, afternoon refreshments, use of bicycles, swimming, beach towels and air conditioning.  In addition, guests have the option to create their own menu and activities for each day reserved.  

                Our Rates: Bed & Breakfast $129 - $199/night

  Our Policies
  We do not offer accommodations for pets or children.
     Smoking within the cottage is not allowed.

Payment
Guests are required to pay 50% of the charges when booking their reservation with the remaining balance due in-full at check in. If you are paying your deposit by check your payment must be received within 7 days to guarantee your reservation.  Confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of deposit.  Weekend reservations require a 2-night minimum stay.  Those who book 7 nights consecutively will only be charged for 6; the 7th night is on us! 

Cancellations / Refunds
A full refund will be given for cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the reserved date will require that the gueat be responsible for full payment unless we are able to re-rent the reservation.
Guests will have 14 days prior to the arrival date to select or change menu selections. 
If we do not receive your menu selections 14 days prior to your arrival date all meals will be selected by the inn keeper for the guests.
